GAP Fit Ruffle Front Jacket

Worn once! Adorable, ruffle front wind jacket. Lightweight, water resistant with full mesh lining. Adjustable waist (see pictures) with 2 outside hip pockets and a full zipper. High collar but NOT hooded. Length is about 24” or just below the hips. Shoulders measure about 16” across.
