GAP Black Whitney Biennial T-Shirt by Marylin Minter

Black GAP t-shirt from Whitney Biennial from 2008 with artist Marilyn Minter. The front of the tee is plain black so I always wore the shirt backwards to have the graphic on the front. Building on its long history of supporting the arts, in 2008, the Gap introduced Artist Editions T-Shirts, a limited edition collection of t-shirts designed by 13 of today’s most influential contemporary artists, including Marilyn Minter.
