G3 My Little Pony Tink-A Tink-A Too I Hasbro MLP Rare HTF

Good, played with condition. No haircuts but hair is somewhat dry and frizzy and tangled. It looks like it may improve with a good combing and conditioning treatment though. May have light surface dirt, a few stray marks, bits of paint wear, etc. Also has several blue stains in places. But still decent overall.
