She could use some TLC. I didn't try to clean her up, so she is dirty in addition to other flaws. Her hair is somewhat frizzy and tangled and messy, but it looks like it should improve with a good combing and maybe a conditioning treatment. Unfortunately she has quite a few marks and stains.
