G3 My Little Pony Royal Rose Pegasus TLC Hair Cut Hasbro MLP Rare HTF

She could use some TLC. I didn't try to clean her up, so she is dirty in addition to other flaws. Her mane is messy and tangled with some crinkled tinsel, but it looks like it will improve with a good combing. Unfortunately, both her mane and tail have been cut a bit. The mane is just a trim and isn't hugely noticeable, but the tail has definitely been cut. This is the only major flaw on her though. The rest of her is pretty nice still. Her body color looks just a little bit faded to me. She may have a few stray marks and/or other minor flaws, but overall her body is still good. She also has little to no paint wear.
