G3 My Little Pony Mistletoe with Hat Winter Target Exclusive Hasbro MLP Rare HTF

I believe she is complete with her hat and necklace. The hat is a little dirty though, especially on the white parts, and the elastic that's supposed to help keep it on her is broken, so it falls off easily. Good, played with condition. Hair is soft and uncut. May have light surface dirt, a few stray marks, bits of paint wear, etc. Also has a small pink mark above one eye that I don't think will come out. But still good overall.
