G Label Striped Puff Ruffle Blouse

G. Label by Goop white and blue striped cotton blouse, a contrast between masculine cotton shirting and Victorian-tinged elements—three-quarter-length sleeves, micro mandarin collar, and gently puffed shoulders with tiny ruffles. Great condition, tiniest little dots shown in photos - haven’t dry cleaned it to try and get them out but I’m pretty certain they’d come out - either way they are tiny and I only noticed when inspecting super close!
