jkima @mfelices87 hello! welcome to posh! yes I still wanted the gloves. there was a email with a label attached to it. all you have to do is print it and send in the item. the item goes to posh and they send it to me. once I get it, the money gets released to you. :)

jkima @mfelices87 hello. no worries. we all had to learn. everytime you spend $500 or more on a purchase it goes directly to the Posh headquarters to get authenticated. once it gets authenticated they send it to me. once I receive it I press a button on my app and it will release the money to you instantly. so you don't get it once you mail it out unfortunately. the money has been deducted from my account however and posh is holding it until I say I get it.

jkima @mfelices87 everything is tracked so I can't lie or stop payment on you once I got it. you will need to link your account at one point if you want the money. otherwise you can keep it in your account and you can use it to buy things you see on the site. exactly like a debit card. sending it tomorrow is fine. they give you a week or so.

jkima @mfelices87 once you send it out everyone can track the package so we're all on the same page. i know it's alot of info. you kinda just have to do it a few times to get the system but once you got it down it makes sense. lmk if you have any other questions with my order or any others you have in the future. totally ok!
