The body of the skirt is lined, but the sleeves are sheer. Tax size 20. In my opinion, this dress runs a little small but as mentioned there is a good amount of stretch. Laying flat measures 20.5 inches armpit to armpit stretching to 26 inches without much resistance. The waist measures 15.5 inches straight across stretching to 20 inches without much resistance and the hip is pretty free. 48 inches shoulder to hem. $450 retail.
