I’m a size 12-16 in jeans depending on brand and an XXL in the top surf brands and the waist was too loose…I’d say this fits true to size! - cinched back - low rise - boyshort style - no material tag Waist Across: ~19.25 inches Top/Bottom: ~10.5”
