amynigro Hi! I know you messaged me when you received the nutcrackers and one was missing a small piece from its hand. I promise you I did not lie when I told you that I didn’t know. You waited until today to give me 1 star??? Do you really feel that I’m deserving of only 1 star? This is my livelihood. I had a perfect 5 star rating from about 250-275 buyers. I have only had one 4 star rating ever! This hurts me so so much! I don’t work and this is my job.

amynigro And also just so you know I listed those nutcrackers having no idea there was tape on one. I have a little boy who must have done that without me noticing. I would never intentionally lie or misrepresent my listings. It would have been so much better if you had simply returned the nutcrackers than to give me 1 star.

grandma22 I don't come on here all the time and I don't have time to play games with people and I hate to return things I would not have said anything about the missing piece but when I seen the black tape on the shoulder that was not right no kid did that it you said perfect condition which is far from it. you as a seller should know what your are sending. you send a damaged piece and I shouldn't rate you that way. that was for my grandson and I couldn't give that to anybody that way.

amynigro @grandma22 I sent you 3 nutcrackers. If you wanted to give him 2 I’m sure that would have been ok. I am a very nice seller and a nice person. If you wanted to message me directly to discuss I would have been so happy to help you in any way. I absolutely did not know about the one nutcracker having any flaws. What would I gain from selling a broken item? I made $12 from that sale. Not worth my reputation on here. I am sorry!

amynigro Btw I just looked very closely at the pics of the nutcrackers and the piece of black “tape” is actually a part of that nutcracker’s uniform. So not even a flaw. I would greatly appreciate it if you would think about changing the 1 star rating you gave me. That really hurts my average and I do not feel I deserve only 1 star. Thank you!
