Furla embossed ostrich tote bag

Furla embossed ostrich tote bag. Straps are adjustable with small buckles. Interior is lined in a teal blue fabric. There is a zipper closure. Very good preowned condition. The bottom is formed. The sides are soft and unformed. The only issue is the top folds down (over the zipper.) I am not sure if it is supposed to do that or if it is purposeful. Tried to show it in the last 2 pictures, but it is hard to see. Measurements are shown in the pictures.
