Funky Flare Bell Bottom Casual/Dress Pants

From H&M about 10 years ago, worn once, like new condition. These have a flared/bell bottom leg, they’re super cool I just never wear them! They can be worn casually or as dress pants! Might be hard to see but these are a navy color. Size 4, ask for measurements if needed! I’m 28” waist and 36” hips and these fit me nicely, though I haven’t taken actual measurements of the pants. 100% polyester. Open to offers!
