Funky Camouflage Ruffle Dress

I picked this up at a vintage shop, it looks to be handmade. Craftsmanship is nice with interesting features. Ruffle collar, short sleeves and full gathered skirt. Fabric is lightweight cotton with a tonal camo pattern. Front opens to waist, so it needs a layer under or use it as a swimsuit cover. Super cute and unique!
