Fun maroon heeled lace up booties SZ 6.5

Fun maroon lace up booties. Believe these are from Wish. Ordered & maybe wore once. There is a scuff in the front. They are super lightweight. Not sure what the upper portion is made of but is supposed to be leather look. Sz 38 but measures 9 1/2” inside and fits 6 1/2.
