Has a cool handkerchief hemline and heavily beaded embellishment along the waist, neck and décolletage and the beading continues all the way around the back at waist and neck. Perfect for a carefree party atmosphere because it does not need accessories to make this a stand out! Add braids and a flower and dance all day! Worn for one occasion (Jazzfest!) - so this still looks new!
