My professional seamstress mother made this for me for a school dance. It zips in the front with a cute light pink zipper. The back laces up with a black satin ribbon. The straps can be worn as straps or cap sleeves(shown). The print is very fun and doesn't actually say anything. It's a felted type fabric.
