Fun, black sleeveless dress that twirls

Very nice quality to wear for any occasion Multiple layers (see pictures) This is not a tight fitting dress Flows easy and light weight fabric Measurements: Armpit to armpit (around) - 46” Shoulder to bottom - 40” (Knee length) I normally wear a size 12 and don’t like tight clothes. This size 14 fits well, especially across my big girls.
