Fun Colorful Cotton Handmade Hat

About a 24" band with velcro closure. Nice to be able to adjust size. Would make a good chef hat also. The estate I got this from, they were travelers and all over the world. Good condition, but no great way to picture it's seams properly. Please review pictures and description as I do not take returns. Thank you.
