It is a silky material on the top with a super soft fleecy material on the inside. Very lightweight. Measurements are approximate, please see pictures for actual measurements Chest 38" Length 23" Arm 25" I am NOT a reseller. I've purged several relatives' houses and now I'm selling items that don't belong in the dumpster. I've reviewed all items for flaws and done my best to note them.
