Fully fringed along the bottom cape/shawl

The brand tag has long since been lost. But this shawl was bought at Macy’s many years ago. I have hardly worn it. It is in excellent condition. I do not know the material. I just dry clean it on a rare occasion. It is true red in color, and a very soft material. It goes beautifully with a black turtleneck and black boot skirt with boots.
