Full circle ethnic print maxi skirt

full circle 180" ethnic print maxi skirt... no brand tag.. no size tag.. waist is 13" before stretching and 21" (42" circumfrence, after stretching) excellent condition.. no sign of wear but the waist looks like it could be taken out a couple few inches.. and side pockets!!.....006/0826
