Includes a hand made plaster mask with a real nurse uniform and hat covered in faux dirt and blood stains (paint). You can see through the mask and but it is hard to see your eyes from the other side which makes it extra creepy. It is very easy to take on and off, and I didn’t find it hot like typical latex masks.
