Has some signs or wear around ruffle on the bottom , not noticeable . One pocket's bottom seam is loose but again not noticeable. Not sheer or see thru, medium weight material, provides great warmth at the office or church ... No buttons . 24" long , chest is 23" I would say it fits like a women's 10/12. Smoke free home. I work as a Nurse Manager at a very busy small hospital and work lots of overtime . I only have time to ship items on Saturday , Sunday and Mondays.
