Zip Top Closure Double Chain Straps attached to O Rings on each side with a 2 inch wide leather shoulder comfort pad on top. ***Repaired*** The double chains on each side are attached with narrow leather straps to the O Ring. When I purchased the bag, one of the four leather straps were missing and so one of the chains were unattached. I reattached that fourth chain by allowing two of the chains to share a leather holding strap onto the O Ring. It is now absolutely secure, and even though that one narrow strap is missing, it is barely noticeable. Interior - Frye logo lining with 1 Zip Pocket and Card Holder.
