2002 JC Penney Halloween Ghost Decor Y2K Halloween - Almost Vintage! Frosted ghost figure holding a bright orange pumpkin lantern. Perfect for Halloween decor! Cute smiling ghost with that classic early 2000s style. Holding a Jack-o'-lantern by a metal wire and has other pumpkins at the bottom of the ghost. Made of a resin/plastic like material. Meant for tea lights. Jack-o'-lantern has discoloration and a little dust. Pretty sure a real candle was used at some point...don't do that lol. Label residue on the back, but isn't sticky.
