closeticon1 @maddieh95 Yes, they should, but unfortunately, they stand behind their "mystery box" ruling that it is buy at your own risk. It's such a shame that honest people get taken by the scammers at @brandauthentic. How could they sell what they sell and sleep at night?

maddieh95 @closeticon1 i didn't mention that it was from the mystery box. I just took pics of all the damages and was able to return. if I were you, I would keep hounding Poshmark until they offer at least a partial credit.

maddieh95 @closeticon1 the Valentino is not the experience luxury brand we would expect. I got one that literally had the handle sewn on, zipper broken and an awful smell. if you watch a lot of bingo, you will see that it ends with a Valentino and a grand prize . I contacted Poshmark to complain daily until I got a credit.

maddieh95 @closeticon1 let Poshmark know that the host was not selling project bags so you should have gotten a bag in fair to good condition, but you didn't. it's a lot of money after tax and postage to get trash. I complained daily , they didn't respond but I did get a site credit. I hope you do the same because it's not right.

closeticon1 @maddieh95 Poshmark told me it was considered a mystery box because it was “won” in a bingo game. I’ve been hounding Poshmark about this since the package received, and they offered me a $20 credit for my troubles. It’s laughable; but I’m not stopping until something is done. I am so sorry for you experience and am glad you got a refund.

I finally got 100 , but would never sell it with the inside peeling. it is like nothing I have ever seen. if you were to carry the bag, anything inside would turn white from the power like sustain the was leather. thanks for listening...
