From the Brambly Hedge Gift Collection - Birthday Trinket Dish - Royal Doulton

Brambly Hedge is on the other side of the stream, across the field. There, beneath the tangled roots and stems, lives a self-sufficient community of mice. This is the world created by Jill Barklem, a talented young artist whose classic children's stories have captivated millions of readers. The Royal Doulton studio joined with Jill Barklem to create this lovely trinket dish based on her delightful illustrations. This trinket dish belonged to our friend, Faye, who began collecting Brambly Hedge in the 1980s to enjoy with her children. She has kept this dish lovingly stored for at least a decade or two. Made of fine English bone china, it measures 3.75" across and 1.25" high and would make a perfect birthday gift for that special someone. Condition is excellent. I can find no flaws. Produced in 1987.
