From Forever21 1970s inspired ruffled shirt

Pattern mustard yellow with navy blue, burgundy and a hint of cream white. Has a tie at the bottom so you can make the length to your liking (can wear like a crop top) little flared ruffles on the sleeves and bottom also has some spandex material on the waist area to extinguish those curves
