Fritzi women vintage cotton button down skirt

How cute is this skirt?!? It’s even got pockets and the back elastic for a nice fit. Size says 24, but it measures 18 inches flat across the front, though there’s lots of stretch in the back waist band, it is not stretched out or cracking. Waist to hem is 27.5 inches. Base color is peach with pink, cream, taupe, sage and mint in the flowers at the edge.
