Fringed purse. Can be used as a clutch or with chain as shoulder bag. Fairly wide. Hits about hip length with the chain. Boutique purchase. Unsure of brand. Fringe is pretty long. Material is faux leather, soft, not stiff. Off white/cream in color. Never used but without tags.
