Fringe Top/Pullover Vest Vintage

Beautiful crocheted over-top by Say What in excellent pre-loved condition. I have see to wear it over a tank or tube top with bootcut jeans and boots. Always got compliments! Would also look great with skinny’s and ankle booties. The fringe really makes this so unique and fun!
