Fringe High Waisted Vintage Shorts

Vintage light wash jorts with fringey ends. They say they’re a size 14 but sizing was much smaller back in the day, please see measurements below. They have some real paint on them on the front right side and on the left side fringe - see the 2nd, 3rd and 4th to last photos were I tried to capture the paint.
