Fringe Flower Stretch Ring

An adorable and amazing fringe flower designed onto a stretch ring base. I so enjoy making the ring process. Black fringed flower with white faux pearl for the centerpiece. Dimensions of the ring is 1.5” x 1.5”. My ring finger is a size 9 and it fits comfortably. Seems like layers of black chiffon fabric to make up the flower.
