French Connection, Whisper Frill Hem Dress: Never Worn

Flattering square neckline and cute ruffle detail! I bought this dress as a backup engagement dress but ended up wearing another. In my packing haste, I ripped off the tags- but it’s never been worn and is in brand new condition!
