Size 16 Hits about knee length on a 5' 4" person. ** FLAW/ CALL OUT: On the left shoulder, there is a sun faded stripe, where the dress was on a hanger, and the closet had a window. It's not very noticeable in my opinion. The stripe is about 3 inches along the shoulder seam. SEE 2ND AND 3RD PICTURES.** Fabric is so nice and beautiful quality.
