Hand sequined dress by French Connection Sequin shift dress. The fabric is black silk with black sequin verticals stripes the fan out towards the bottom of the dress making it very flattering. The dress has a teeshirt fit on the top so it will hug the bust and then has a straight cut from the bust to the bottom hem.
