Beautiful French Blu boots in color blue. leather upper, cute European look and feel. Has a charming, Victorian leather details boho look that pairs well with a maxi skirt dress for a western boho feel. Size is not listed on boot but I wear 8.5 sneaker to size 9 in heels and boots depending on brand and it's a perfect fit for me.
