@wchutka No you are right, I did not mention it. The book does not explicitly say but when you pull the isbn - for the hardcover it says 1986. The isbn is in the book.

@wchutka It was published by David McKay and Company which was a company founded in the mid to end 19th century. The company was acquired by Random House in 1986 so we can extrapolate the book was published at the latest in 1986. This particular book was the third printing by this company. This is all I know about the book but sounds like you may know more.
