Free People Beach Noelle Light Blue Tiered Mini Dress XS NWOT Brand new without tags, smoke and pet free home. No flaws really but it does have a tiny pinhole near the back of the neck, near the tag- see photo 5. Its not noticeable but its there. This is a really pretty light blue shade. Cute wooden beaded tassels. Lots of stretch and is pretty oversized for being an XS. No longer sold online. I also have a tan color of this dress available in a separate listing. Not see through.
