Free with any bundle over $20. Never worn, NWT. Had it folded instead of on a hanger so the faux leather has started to come off at creases, but isn’t noticeable from a distance. Neat skirt, wish it had suited me. Pencil style with angled slit, cross-cross stitching. See photo for measurement. XS is equivalent City Chic size to 14. Bin 8
