Is there any elasticity in the waist? Does jt bounce back? I have noticed some of these skirts have lost their elasticity in the waist & a belt is needed to keep it up :(

@booboorabbits yes unfortunately the elasticity is not there so it runs big. Would offer $10 if you still want it despite that.
