hi, may I have the width measurement across the middle, like upper thigh hip area?

@marshkamarshka hi! Just getting around to answering. It is 18 inches in the thigh area. It is 2%elastic so stretched as well

@rmkobek1 oh thank you! I am sorry about cancelling but I think that width is actually too big, I thought a 4 would work, this style skirt has been weird, I have been trying to get a better fit than I have now. thanks though!
