Free people detailed sleeveless blouse

This top is super chic and looks so unique. The detailing at the top is so intricate and beautiful. This top is a small and fits like a loose small. There’s a lot of fabric that makes up this shirt as you can see in the 4th photo I included. I’ve only worn it twice and it looks brand new. It is frayed on the edges of the ruffles at the top, but I bought it in the store that way. For reference, I am 5’9 125 lb and size small on top. I wear a 34D bra.
