Free people bell sleeve mini dress

Absolutely love this dress - the embroidery is so cute!! I hate to part with this one, but selling because it no longer fits me. Features a high-low hem and cut-out in the back. No defects! Sizing: runs short. For reference, I am 5’1 and it hits me ~mid thigh with arms at side, but is very short if I lift my arms (would definitely need to wear something under). Sleeves are also very long (cover my hands with arms relaxed at sides).
