This dress has been worn and washed very few times and in perfect condition with no marks or flaws. This can be wrong as either a tunic with pants, or as a mini dress. It is similar to a wrap style dress. There is some stretch to this as well. 100% Viscose Pit to pit: About 19 and a half inches I was unable to measure the length as the dress is uneven and asymmetrical in areas.
