This is a really pretty and super soft scoop neck top. You can wear on your shoulders or off the shoulders. It’s more of a high low bottom hem so the middle section is longer than the sides where it hits on the hips. The buttons are a metal and it’s just a really cute basic black top that you can dress down or dress up.
