Free People skirt, size small

Beautiful Free People skirt. Red with multi-color strips in material. Thursdays skirt has elastic on the sides of the top and has a built in wrap belt. It comes higher in the middle of the skirt and hangs lower on the sides. There are no longer tags inside except for the metal Free People tag. The waist measurements are for reference and are measured without stitching the elastic. If you are a small please measure your waist before purchasing so you know it fits.
