Free People, size 2, red dress

This adorable red dress with a floral pattern is flattering and feminine! It has buttons down the center and a tie at the collar if you want to add a little bow. The dress flares out and flows. The material is a bit stretchy. I'm 5'2" and this dress sits above my knees. I have never worn this dress; it's in perfect condition. I could only find it in the smaller size but bought it in the hopes of losing 5 lbs so I could fit into it...that never happened...you know the story. Width across the waist: 15 inches Length from shoulder to hem: 30 inches
