Free People ruffled mini dress

XS Free People ruffle style mini dress. Fits more like an XXS. Very short and might be better for someone under 5’3 unless you plan to wear tights underneath. Black with floral pattern. Stretchy, lightweight material. I am selling because it is too short for me (I’m 5’5) and it’s a bit tight in the armpit area. Worn once. In like new condition.
